Terminus will gather together over a thousand scholars, teachers, librarians, professionals and fans – to analyze, to deconstruct, to collaborate, and to play a little Quidditch. With the publication of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in July, 2007, the canon has closed, but our attendees’ fascination with Harry continues unabated.
We hope you consider doing a story about this innovative event. Terminus’s organizers, attendees and presenters hail from around the world, and we are happy to put you in touch with them by e-mail, by phone or in person, depending on the location.
We also invite you to join us in Chicago for an unforgettable weekend examining and celebrating an unforgettable series. Attend our presentations, cheer on your favorite Quidditch team, talk to our attendees and dance the night away at our Bon Voyage Ball. We welcome the opportunity to assist members of the media in any way possible as you cover Terminus. Press passes are, of course, required; please inquire to arrange one.
f you are looking for more information, our press kit is below. For inquiries and all other media needs, including interviews and press passes, please contact Jen Boxerman, the conference’s Press Coordinator, at press
